[Purpose] We investigated items for improvement in classes about injury prevention given by physical therapists on a teacher’s certificate renewal course. [Participants and Methods] We reviewed the class contents given to 105 attendees, and identified items for improvement. [Results] The attendees expectation before the class was injury prevention that could be practiced on site. Classes which adopted a practical skills-based approach were highly regarded, and had satisfaction ratings of more than 80%. However, improvement was necessary concerning play for kindergarteners. Improvements regarding the class start time and handouts were also necessary. [Conclusion] Through this study, it was possible to identify attendees expectations and class items needing improvement. We also understood that, having clarified items for investigation, we could further refine the future class method. © 2018, Society of Physical Therapy Science (Rigaku Ryoho Kagakugakkai). 〔目的〕教員免許状更新講習受講者に理学療法士が行う傷害予防に関する講習の改善点を調査した．〔対象と方法〕受講者105名に対し，講習前後に講習内容を検討し，改善項目を抽出した．〔結果〕講習前の希望内容は予防対策などであり，現場で実践できるようにとの記述があった．それを基に実技を取り入れた講習には肯定的な記述が多く，80％以上の満足度を得られた．しかし，園児にむけた遊びに関して改善が必要であった．また，「開講時期」と「配布資料」の改善が必要であった．〔結語〕本研究により，講習受講者の希望，講習の改善項目の抽出が可能で, 今後の検討事項が明らかになり, 講習方法の更なる改善点を示せることがわかった． |
