This method is based on a geostatistical procedure which is called as Kriging technique using variogram. It was applied to the liquefied sites after the 1995 Hyogoken-Nambu earthquake. Horizontal ground displacements at the plane reclaimed ground that were not due to the influence of the inclination of ground surface and movement of quay wall were especially investigated here.
