First, for each target earthquake, the maximum response deformation angle of the wooden building was evaluated from the performance equivalent acceleration response spectrum and the acceleration response spectrum calculated from the observation records, and the correspondence with the actual damage was considered. Next, evaluation formula for the maximum response deformation angle using the average S-wave velocity at the surface layer of 30 m was obtained in consideration of the source effect, path effect, and site effect.
