F6 (Safety Problem)}, month = {}, note = {災害発生直後の避難では,火災,道路の閉塞など不確定要素が多く,事前作成の避難経路の提示だけでは対応が不十分である.さらに,近年,土地勘のない観光客などの外部者の避難支援が問題となっている.そのような背景のもと,我々は,従来の避難援助システムのように避難経路を提示するだけでなく,住民同士さらには住民と外部者が情報を共有して避難支援を行う避難共助支援システム(Emergency Mutual Support System: EMSS)を提案する.本稿では.EMSSの仕組みを解説し,実証用に開発したアプリケーションを用いた小規模範囲に準備された空間におけるペアリング実装実験,既存の友人検索アプリケーションを利用した模擬避難実験の結果と位置情報共有の有効性,EMSSの将来展望について述べる., We proposed a new system “Emergency Mutual Support System (EMSS)” to support mutual evacuation during disaster. EMSS was proposed as a mobile application in which everyone could use everywhere easily. When EMSS also automatically start during emergency, we collect positional information of the person from the mobile units mutually. The positional data and moving speed can be shared in each mobile unit, and evacuation behavior of the person can be comprehended. The mobile user can select a suitable evacuation route depending on the situation. In this study, the implementation experiment of pairing using EMSS was planed (carried out, performed) in a small area.
