| 内容記述 | A questionnaire survey was conducted immediately after the Niigata-oki Earthquake(M=6.5) of March 24, 1987. This survey aimed at finding a detailed intensity distribution of the ground motion in Ishikawa Prefecture, especially Wajima City. The present paper investigated the relationship between the intensity of the ground motion and ground characteristics. Furthermore, provisions against disasters at home are discussed. It became evident from the questionnaire survey that people had greater anxiety when the earthquake occurred at night than at daytime. And it found that the provisions against disasters at home were very insufficient in Ishikawa Prefecture. It is interesting to note that the attenuation characteristics of the seismic wave propagation through the underground in this earthquake are different from in the 1985 Notohanto-oki Earthquake, especially in Kaga district. |
