Toshiro"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"91609","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"},{"nameIdentifier":"40359716","nameIdentifierScheme":"e-Rad","nameIdentifierURI":"https://kaken.nii.ac.jp/ja/search/?qm=40359716"}]}]},"item_9_description_21":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"1.症例の予後調査について\n過去7年間の腺様嚢胞癌症例は18例(大唾液腺10例、小唾液腺8例)であった。現在まで無病生存例は9例で5例は死亡し残り4例は担癌生存である。死亡例は局所再発の有無はあったが、最終的にいずれも肺転移から呼吸不全をおこしたものであった。この腫瘍における遠隔転移の機構の解明が必要であると考えられた。\n2.腫瘍の免疫組織化学的検討\n検討した18例中、6例で異変型p53の発現がみられた。またEGF,EGFRの発現のみられる腫瘍細胞も存在した。しかしながら全体として増殖能を示す指標は低く,この腫瘍の特異性が客観的に示された。\n増殖能は低いが転移能が高い理由を今後検討する必要がある。検索する対象を更に拡大する必要性を感じた。\n3.腫瘍の染色体分析\n本年は新鮮例が一例しか得られず、腫瘍の分離、培養があまり良好といえなかった。結果として正常型の染色体のものしか観察できなかった。この方法は習熟が必要でこのような頻度の少ない腫瘍にはあまり適した方法ではないようである。今後、実施には工夫が必要である。\n4.統括\n今回の検討で腺様嚢胞癌は増殖能が低いのにかかわらず、遠隔転移が多発していることが判明した。転移に関連する因子として細胞接着因子、マトリックスメタロプロテアーゼ、CD44などについて今後検討してゆく予定である。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_9_description_22":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"研究課題/領域番号:06771400,
