CO_2 Laser励起のFIR Laserを用いる。TEA CO_2 Laserはガス圧力・混合比の調整によりピークパワー0.6MWの発振が確認された。TEA CO_2 Laser光をFIR Laserへ導く際の大気中での絶縁破壊を防ぐための光学系の設計を行った。FIR Laserはメタノールを媒質としてピークパワー13Wの発振が確認できた。また、EO記録系の開発を引き続き行った。平板状のEO結晶に板に垂直にマイクロ波電場をかけ、平面の一方の軸に沿ってマイクロ波を伝播させる。これと垂直の軸にレーザー光を伝播させ、レーザー光に作用する屈折率の変化を読み取る。532nmのピコ秒のレーザーからのパルス光をEO結晶に導き、屈折率の変化を干渉法と楕円偏光法で1次元のCCDカメラを用いて読み取った。マイクロ波にはレーザーと同期したパルス変調した上でTWTアンプで増幅した。マイクロ波のON・OFFやマイクロ波周波数の違いにより、画像に多少の差があることが確認できた。これらとテラヘルツミキサーを組み合わせればワンパルステラヘルツ分光器が出来ると期待される。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_9_description_22":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"研究課題/領域番号:21656022,
