Kazuko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"645","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"},{"nameIdentifier":"30432545","nameIdentifierScheme":"e-Rad","nameIdentifierURI":"https://kaken.nii.ac.jp/ja/search/?qm=30432545"},{"nameIdentifier":"30432545","nameIdentifierScheme":"研究者番号","nameIdentifierURI":"https://nrid.nii.ac.jp/nrid/1000030432545"}]}]},"item_9_description_21":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"6歳から7歳のアスペルガー障害または高機能自閉症と診断されている男児につていて、それぞれ1名の大人(特別支援学校教員1名、言語聴覚士1名、学校ソーシャルワーカー1名、心理学系大学院生2名)を会話のパートナーとする、単一事例実験デザイン(ベースラインートリートメントーウィズドローアル)に基づいた、両者の会話行動に、会話分析(トランスクリプトに基づく語用論レベルでの実施)が及ぼす影響を検討した。会話分析で臨床的な介入のゴールに挙げられたのは、それぞれの子供一大人ダイアドで異なった。発話の省略部分(主語、目的語)の追加、発話者の態度を表す終助詞の回避と子どもへの直接伝達行動請求への切り替え、言語伝達が奏功しない場合のものの提示や指示による子どもの注意碓保、疑問文から子どもに期待される伝達行動直接要請への切り替え、子どもが話しかける相手の特定要請であった。ベースライン5回の最後に会話分析を行い、トリートメント5回ではゴールの達成状況の評価と微調整を追加的な会話分析で行った。ウィズドローアル5回では会話分析を行わなかった。なお、会話分析はそれに習熟した助言者が実施しだ。研究目的にナイーブな第3者によって、ベースライン、トリートメント、ウィズドローアルでの大人の標的行動の出現と、それが子どもに及ぼした影響(無反応など)の評価を行ったところ、すべてのケースでトリートメントが会話行動変容をもたらし、かつウィズドローアルでも維持されていることが確認された。\nこれにより、少数回の会話分析が高機能自閉症スペクトラム障害の子供と特に親密でない大人との円滑なコミュニケーションの促進に有用であることが示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_9_description_22":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"研究課題/領域番号:21531017,
