Tameo"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"18276","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"},{"nameIdentifier":"20019714","nameIdentifierScheme":"e-Rad","nameIdentifierURI":"https://kaken.nii.ac.jp/ja/search/?qm=20019714"},{"nameIdentifier":"20019714","nameIdentifierScheme":"研究者番号","nameIdentifierURI":"https://nrid.nii.ac.jp/nrid/1000020019714"}]}]},"item_9_description_21":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では、機械除排雪が行われない地域における堆雪能力を算出し、最な一斉除排雪時期の決定のための解析方法を提示すると共に、パ-ソナル・コンピュ-タを用いた一貫した支システムを構築した。その方法を金沢市のある地域にケ-ススタディとして適用し、一斉除排雪時期を決定す目安を検討することができた。特に、時事刻々と変化する堆雪量の状態をパ-ソナル・コンピュ-タに入力し地域住民の一斉除排雪時期を決定するのに必要な情報、例えば、屋根、敷地、道路上の現在堆雪量の収容可能雪量に対する割合等が分かりやすく、対象地域の住宅に対してグラフィックス表示されるようになっている。また、一斉除排雪時期を事前に地域住民に伝達でき、速やかな地域活動を支援するための情報を与える有益なシステムとなっている。\n一方、官民協力の下での除排雪能力が耐雪ポテンシャルの重要な要素にな、との観点から、除排雪に関する官民の役割分担についての合意形成を支援するためのシステムの提案も行っている。すなわち、参加型の除排雪優先順位決定システムを提案し、その実用システムかを推進した。特に、道の優先順位を規定する要因の選定に際して、官民のそれぞれの意見を明確に構造化し提示するシステムを、ワクステ-ション上におけるXーWindowの利用によってマルチウィンドゥ化を達成し、その実用性を実証した。また、この優先順位決定システムの活用によって、より高い次元の役割分担に関する官民の合意形成が可能となり耐雪ポテンシャル向上に寄与し得ることを示した。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_9_description_22":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"研究課題/領域番号:02201218,
