{"created":"2023-07-27T07:01:03.576897+00:00","id":61202,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"24af3174-1499-420f-ae06-19b9b942f56a"},"_deposit":{"created_by":18,"id":"61202","owners":[18],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"61202"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kanazawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00061202","sets":["2812:2813:2840"]},"author_link":["23283"],"item_9_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1995-03-26","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageStart":"2p.","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"1991 – 1993","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"平成5(1993)年度 科学研究費補助金 一般研究(C) 研究成果報告書概要"},{"bibliographic_title":"1993 Fiscal Year Final Research Report Summary","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_9_creator_33":{"attribute_name":"著者別表示","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{}]}]},"item_9_description_21":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"小腸癌の発生は極めて少ないが、その臓器特異性を解明する目的で、wistar系雄性ラットを用いて、回腸を遠位結腸間に間置したモデルにMNNGを注腸投与し、回腸及び結腸の粘膜上皮細胞動態の解析及び粘膜内キサンチンオキシダーゼ活性の測定を行った。癌腫発生率は生食群0%、MNNG注腸群では20週群54.5%、30週群35.0%、40週群は52.6%であった。MNNG群における間置回腸と遠位大腸の部位別の40週後の腫瘍発生率を見ると、遠位結腸の68.4%に比して、間置回腸では、5.3%と有意に低率であった。また、癌腫発生率をみても間置回腸は5.3%と遠位大腸の52.6%に比し有意に低率であった。上皮の細胞動態の解析はIdu及びBrdUを用いたDouble labeling法によって行った。MNNG投与群では間置回腸に置けるG-zone ratio及びlabeling Indexは回腸に比し、有意な増加がみられ、また腸粘膜上皮細胞の腺窩よりの脱落時間(Mig)の有意な短縮もみられた。間置回腸と遠位大腸の比較では細胞増殖に関するLabeling Index、S-phase transit time、potential doubling time及びG-zone ratioに差は見られなかった。しかし、粘膜上皮細胞の脱落時間をみると、遠位大腸の91.4±21.1時間に対し、間置回腸では40.6±8.2時間と極めて速い傾向が認められた。また、腸粘膜内キサンチンオキシダーゼ活性を測定すると、間置回腸ではその活性が4.28±0.75nmol/蛋白mg/分と遠位結腸に比して有意に高値を示した。以上より小腸粘膜上皮は増殖能が低いとともにその更新性が速く、もしこの腺窩細胞のDNAに障害が生じても、次々と新生してくる正常上皮細胞に押し上げられ腸内腔に脱落することが推察された。また小腸粘膜内ではキサンチンオキシダーゼを産生源とする活性酸素が多く、障害を受けた細胞がこの活性酸素により殺細胞効果をうけている可能性も考えられ、小腸粘膜にはいくつかの発癌防御作用の存在が示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"To clarify the organ specificity of the carcinogenresistance of the small bowel, a segment of the ileum was interposed in the distal colon in male wister rats. The rats were administered MNNG at a dose of 2.5 mg/day via the rectum for 2 weeks from the second postoperative week. Cell kinetic analysis of intestinal epithelium was performed by the double labeling method. Also xanthine oxidase activity of ileal and colon mucosa was measured by spectrophotometric assay in crude tissue homegenate.\n1. The carcinogenic rate in the interposed ileum was 3.3%, significantly lower than the 38.3% in the distal colon. Also the number of cancers per rat was 0.03 in the interposed ileum, significantly lower than 0.07 in the distal colon.\n2. The migration time of the MNNG-treated group was 91.4(〕SY.+-.〔)21.1 hours in the distal colon and 40.6(〕SY.+-.〔)8.2 hours in the interposed ileum.\n3. The epithelial cell migration time from the bottom of the crypt to the surface in the interposed ileum was significantly shorter than that in the distal colon.\n4.
