{"created":"2023-07-27T07:01:10.032361+00:00","id":61349,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"413e3ef8-9a8d-435c-a65b-c998c278193a"},"_deposit":{"created_by":18,"id":"61349","owners":[18],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"61349"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kanazawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00061349","sets":["2812:2813:2844"]},"author_link":["15675","15555"],"item_9_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1993-03-25","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageStart":"2p.","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"1988 – 1989","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"平成1(1989)年度 科学研究費補助金 一般研究(B) 研究成果報告書概要"},{"bibliographic_title":"1989 Fiscal Year Final Research Report Summary","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_9_creator_33":{"attribute_name":"著者別表示","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{}]}]},"item_9_description_21":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"1.チオナリド/SGによる超微量ビスマスの濃縮分離とフロ-インジェクション分析:Bi(III)は〈1M硝酸又はpH〉1の塩酸溶液から、チオナリド/SGに定量的に吸着し、チオ尿素を含む塩酸で溶離されて、水素化物発生/原子吸光法により0.1μg/lの感度で定量される、この溶離液を直接にフロ-セルを用いて吸光度測定に供することとし、このゲル0.1gをつめたミニカラムを用いてフロ-インジェクション分析の諸条件を検討した。15mlの試料から、0.1mg/lのBi(III)を25分間で定量することができた。\n2.ポリ(クロロトリフルオロエチレン)樹脂(PCTFE)への金属錯体の吸着挙動と微量金属の予備濃縮:PCTFEは【less than or equal】0.1ppmのCd,CuFE(III)、Mn、Znなどの8-キノリノ-ル錯体をpH3〜6の範囲で吸着し、て0.1M塩酸又はメタノ-ルで溶離が可能である。一方、Cu(II)-8-キノリノ-ルスルホン酸錯体及びPAR錯体は、テトラブチルアンモニウム(TBA^+)の存在でイオン会合錯体を形成してPCTFE吸着する。この吸着は、錯体の疎水性が増大するとともに、樹脂との疎水性相互作用が増大することによって起こると考えられる。以上の性質を用いて、Ox又はSOxとTBA^+を加えた試料水から超微量のCu(II)を予備濃縮・分離定量することができる。\n3.CS_2を導入したキチンによる超微量金属の予備濃縮分離:天然高分子キチンにCS_2を導入しCS_2-キチンを合成した。これは、低pH溶液から多くの金属を吸着するが、^<99m>Tcも又pH【less than or equal】2.0で定量的に捕集される。Tc(VII)はCS_2により還元されて、S原子と錯形成するものと考えられる。カラム法により2.4ml/minの流速で^<99m>Tcの99.9%が捕集されるが、カラムに吸着した^<99m>Tcを溶離するのは困難であった。そこで、樹脂をカラムからとり出して、0.5gのペルオキソニ硫酸アンモニウムを含むTM硫酸を加え、10分間沸騰水中で加熱して、98%以上の^<99m>Tcが溶離された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Bismuth (III) was quantitatively adsorbed on thionalide-loaded silica gel from nitric acid solution of lower than 1 M, and was eluted with hydrochloric acid containing 3% thiourea. Then, bismuth was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry with hydride generation in the sensitivity of 0.1 mug l ^<-1>. The mini-column filled with the thionalide-SG (0.1 g) was introduced in a flow injection system. After 15 ml of a sample solution was flowed in the column, 2 M hydrochloric acid containing 5% thiourea was passed through the column and then the absorbance of the Bi-complex was measured by the use of a flow cell.\nPoly(chlorotrifluoroethylene) resin adsorbed some metal complexes, such as Cu, Cd, Fe(III), and Zn-8-quinolinolates at pH3-6. The complexes or metals were eluted with methanol or 0.1 M hydrochloric acid. On the other hand, Cu(II)- 8-quinolinol sulfonate was adsorbed on the resin as an ion-associated complex with tetrabutylammonium cation. The adsorbability seems to increase with the increase of hydrophobic inter- action between the resin and complexes. By the use of these properties, preconcentration of copper from a sample solution added with 8-quinoli- nol sulfonate and tetrabutylammonium cation.\nCS_2 was introduced in chitin by the simple method. The chitin-CS_2 quantitatively adsorbed ^<99m> Tc at pH2.0 by the column method. It was assumed that technetium was reduced to low valence state with CS_2 and formed a complex with S-atom.
