{"created":"2023-07-27T07:01:23.197268+00:00","id":61667,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"edad8920-0c2f-4e0f-a211-0d723bc6f2b1"},"_deposit":{"created_by":18,"id":"61667","owners":[18],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"61667"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:kanazawa-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00061667","sets":["2812:2813:2846"]},"author_link":["30373"],"item_9_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1989-03-29","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageStart":"2p.","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"1986 – 1987","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"昭和62(1987)年度 科学研究費補助金 一般研究(C) 研究成果報告書概要"},{"bibliographic_title":"1987 Fiscal Year Final Research Report Summary","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_9_creator_33":{"attribute_name":"著者別表示","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{}]}]},"item_9_description_21":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は痴呆老人のコミュニケーション傷害や異常行動の実態を明らかにし, 効果的な看護ケアの方法を検討することを目的とした61年度よりの2年間に渡るものであるので, その実施計画は1.特 別養護老人ホームに入所中の痴呆老人の実態(痴呆老人の頻度と日常生活上の障害, 並びにそれらへの関わり方)の分析\n2.在宅痴呆老人の日常生活上の問題と家族の対応のしかたの把握を行ない. 痴呆老人の問題行動や日常生活上の障害の緩和にむけての看護ケアの方法を検討するものである. 研究成果の主なものは次の通りである. 1-1) Y特別養護老人ホーム入所老人では248人の対象者のうち, 長谷川式スケールで痴呆(0-10点)の者の割合は31.5%であり, 男では26.2%女では33.1%であり男の方が低い. 1-2) 痴呆の割合は年齢と共に増加している. 1-3) 痴呆の程度と日常生活動作能力との関係をみると, 痴呆の程度の高い老人ほど日常生活動作が全般的に低下を示し, 意志疏通面では意志の表示, 話の了解などのコミュニケーション障害が大きく低下している. 2-1) ぼけ老人をかかえる石川家族の会の呆け老人30人(男8人,女22人)の呆けに気付いたきっかけは(1)つじつまのあわない話をするようになって, (2)被害妄想的な言動がめだって, (3)今言ったことをすぐ忘れるようになって, が多くみられた. 2-2) 現在家族が困るような問題行動やコミュニケーション障害を訴える割合は80%以上であるが, 各々の対応に苦慮がみられる. 2-3) ほぼ半数の痴呆老人に気持ちの緩和や不安の静穏に効果的な事物がみられる. これらには老人のこれ迄の生活過程と関連が深い例もみられる. 以上より痴呆老人のケアには, これ迄の生活過程を大切にした対応が要求され, 今後さらに痴呆老人の内面の世界に迫れるような対応の仕方の検討が必要と考える.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"We investigated the abnormal behavior and communication disorders of dementia in institution elderly and home elderly.\nSubjects were a total of 248 cases (61 males and 187 females) in Y nursing home,and a total of 30 cases (8 males and 22 females) in homes.\n1.The results were as follows in institution elderly.\n1) 32% of institional elderly were classified into Dementia(0-10 points in scales) by Hasegawa Dementia Scale, 26% in males and 33% in females.\n2) Incidence of demential became higher with increasing of ages.\n3) There were relation between degree of Dementia and ADL of eldely.\n2.
