| 内容記述 | Nonstationary random process (NSRP) has been investigated in this paper, as the process that the frequency distribution is changing by time in certain time interval. Two parameters based on Short-time power Spectrum PS(w,t) are proposed to extract the characteristic of NSRP. One is Short-time Average Frequency v(t), which is defined as the square root of the second moment of PS(w,t) with regard to w, and it may correspond to center frequency of PS(w,t). The other is Short-time Variance Frequency γ(t), which is defined as the fourth root of fourth moment of PS(w,t) about v(t), and it may correspond to band width of PS(w,t). This paper presents a method for calculating these parameters effectively by digital filter and the examples obtained by applying this method to NSRP. | |||||
