| 内容記述 | Recently information technology has been developed remarkably Therefore much information can be delivered at the early stage of earthquake disaster This became true in 1995 Hyogoken-Nambu earthquake and they were delivered by mass media as well as person-to-person communication However, since they were not delivered following some rules, many victims of earthquake got information which they did not need as well as those which they needed In this research, from the point of view that information needed changes with time and place, the characteristics of information are analyzed and the idea of importance to decide the best delivering order of information is introduced. | |||||
