| 内容記述 | 中小企業における産業財産権の確立活動は平均値では測れない.技術的優位性で差別化に成功した企業であっても階層分化が見られ,大多数は産業財産権確立に積極的ではなく,中小企業の技術力の基盤となる知的財産の産業財産権としての確立は十分とはいえない.その理由は技術開示のリスクへの不安,知識の不足,知財戦略の欠如等であるが,企業活動のグローバル化に伴い産業財産権の確立は不可避であり,出願すべき技術の抽出と適切な国内外国出願戦略の立案遂行及び秘匿すべきノウハウの文書化が求められる.このような方法論の確立を含め,中小企業の知的財産保護活動を教育・学問としての産学連携を通じて支援していくことが必要である.It is inappropriate to evaluate activities for establishment of industrial property rights in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with averaged information about them. Even technology-oriented SMEs are classified into several groups with respect to activities, and their majority is not enthusiastic about securing their rights. This reveals that intellectual properties owned by SMEs have not well been established and protected as industrial property rights. Although risk of technology disclosure and lack of relevant knowledge should be considered to make SMEs negative, recent globalization of business activities urges them to have proper strategies for protection of intellectual property rights, such as selective but increased foreign applications and documentation of know-how. However, neither such intellectual property strategy nor the methodology of the documentation has not been established yet in the management of SMEs. It is the integral part of industry-university cooperation to support the activities for protection of intellectual properties of SMEs through education and academic research. | |||||
