We report the influences of a very low frequency alternating-current magnetic stimulus as high as LOT on the DNA synthesis processes in vitro. In this study, we examined both the activity of enzyme and the DNA synthesis error rate. Enzyme activity and synthesis error rate are measured by the speed of DNA synthesis and the number of mistaken DNA pairs respectively. In these experiments we used artificially synthesized DNA and a radioisotope technology.
