X-ray diffraction patterns indicated that the formation of impurity phases was suppressed by Pr substitution in the BFO thin films. Furthermore, by combining with small amount of Mn substitution, Pr substitution was effective for reducing the leakage current density. The polarization vs electric field curves showed well-saturated hysteresis loops with measurement frequency of 20 kHz at room temperature. The remnant polarization at a maximum electric field of 1500 kV/cm was approximately 50–70 µC/cm2., 金沢大学設計製造技術研究所 / 金沢大学理工研究域電子情報通信学系}, pages = {652--655}, title = {Influences of Pr and Mn co-substitution on crystallinity and electric properties of BiFeO3 thin films}, volume = {118}, year = {2010} }
