| 内容記述 | Travel times or flows on road networks fluctuate daily. One of the main causes of the network flow fluctuation is due to travel demand fluctuation. Road construction results do not only reduce travel time on the network, but also improve the travel time reliability. Therefore, we should consider the travel time reliability when evaluating road construction. In this study, we propose an evaluation method of road construction considering the travel time reliability of the network. In the method, a semi-dynamic equilibrium model is adopted, and is modified to consider the travel time uncertainty which results from travel demand fluctuation. We apply the model to a virtual network numerically. Through numerical calculation, we compare a travel time reliability index before and after road construction, and examine improvement of reliability. | |||||||||||
