平成21年度から構築してきた生活習慣病における在宅健康サービス制度にAI(人工知能)、IT技術、Bluetooth機能を導入し、その有用性を検討した。
研究プロトコルを作成し、倫理委員会での承認を得て研究開始、プロトコル論文を発刊した。(Diabetes Ther. 2019 Mar 15. doi: 10.1007/s13300-019-0595-5)。AI栄養指導は、ひとによる従来通常栄養指導と同等に有用で、ひとの負担軽減という点で社会的に有用と考えられた。
We introduced artificial intelligence, IT technology, and Bluetooth technology to telemedicine system for lifestyle-related disease which has been built since Heisei 21, and evaluated its usefulness. We made the study protocol and started the study with the approval of the ethics committee. We also published the medical paper regarding the study protocol(Diabetes Ther. 2019 Mar 15. doi: 10.1007/s13300-019-0595-5). Nutrition guidance system by telemedicine using artificial intelligence is thought to be socially useful as nutrition guidance by human, reducing human burden.
