These unknown physiological values: SaO2, SvO2, and so forth; i.e. tissue blood content, were determined by multi-objective numerical optimization technique through fitting multiple scattering-based theoretical generated photoplethsmographic data to noninvasive measurement ones. The applicability of the noninvasive arterio-venous oxygen saturation measurement system was successfully demonstrated with healthy human subjects. 内容記述 | 本研究では,新たな非侵襲医用光計測システムとして,「体心部静脈血酸素飽和度計測による非侵襲全身酸素代謝計測システムの開発」を行う.近年の光学・電子回路素子の高精度化に伴い,表層組織だけではなく,深部組織を伝播した光も微弱ながら体表面から計測が可能となってきている.このことから,計測対象を深部組織である肺動脈血もしくは頸部静脈とし,ここに近赤外光による血中酸素飽和度計測法を適用することにより,非侵襲的に深部動静脈脈血酸素飽和度較差,すなわち全身・頭部酸素代謝量の連続計測が可能な多波長光電脈波分光システムを実現することが出来た.今後,医療の現場における積極的な利用促進を行う予定である. | |||||
