内容記述 | 本研究では,装着性がよく日常生活で気軽に着用できながら,衝撃吸収性が極めて高く,転倒や飛散物から頭部の損傷を防いでくれる頭部保護帽の開発を行った. まず,頭部保護帽を構成する軽量なエポキシフォームの成形法を確立した.また,同エポキシフォームの頭部保護帽などの保護具設計のために,圧縮応力-ひずみ関係のひずみ速度と温度の依存性を明らかにした. さらに,開発したエポキシフォームは,既存の発泡材料と比較して,高い頭部保護性能を発揮することを実験的に示した. |
