| 内容記述 | 症例は60歳, 男性. 肺腺癌の診断にて当院第3内科入院中, 右陰嚢内容の挙上と圧痛を主訴に当科を受診した. 理学所見, 画像検査から右精索腫瘍と診断し, 精索腫瘍を含めて, 高位右精巣摘出術を施行した. 病理組織学的には乳頭状腺癌であり, 肺腺癌の右精索転移であると考えられた. 転移性精索腫瘍は比較的珍しく, われわれが調べた限りでは, 本邦71例目であり, 肺原発のものは2例目である. はじめに 精索に発生する腫瘍は比較的稀であるが, 時に悪性腫瘍が精索に転移する場合もある. 今回われわれは精索に転移した肺癌の1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する. I. 症例 患者:60歳, 男性. 主訴:右陰嚢挙上, 圧痛.A 60-year-old patient with the complaint of pain and elevation of right scrotal contents, who had been treated for lung adenocarcinoma, was suspected spermatic cord tumor and underwent high orchiectomy．The turmor proved to be adenocarcinoma pathologically．ln Japanese literature, 71 cases of metastatic tumor of the spermatic cord are reported including the present case．To our knowledge, only a case of metastatic tumor of the spermatic cord arising from lung cancer has been reported in Japanese literature． | |||||
