| 内容記述 | 麻黄資源のヒツジやヤギ等の家畜による食害の実態を調査する目的で,マオウ科のシナマオウEphedra sinica Stapf野生品の地上部を,家畜による食害が多い早春に切断して観察した。その結果,切られた株はその年には新たな茎を伸ばさず,毬果もつけないことが明らかになった。また,翌年にはほとんど毬果をつけなかった。本研究を通じて,家畜による食害はシナマオウの生育に重大な悪影響を及ぼすことが実験的に証明された。The aerial part of Ephedra sinica Stapf growing in a natural habitat were cut early in the spring for the purpose of examining the effects of herbivory damage by livestock including sheep and goats. The results showed that the plants never generated new stem afterwards in the same year after cutting the aerial parts and did not make cones. In the next season, the plant became small in size and scarcely made cones. Through this study, it was confirmed experimentally that the herbivoly damage to plant growth of E. sinica by livestock was serious. | |||||
