| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、糖尿病チーム医療における看護師の役割をモデルとなりうる経験豊富な看護師の認識から明らかにすることである。糖尿病チーム医療を積極的に行っている４施設７名の経験豊富な看護師を対象にフォーカスグループインタビューを行い質的に分析した。その結果、７つの役割：≪患者の生命と生活の質を守ることを認め合い専門性を発揮する≫、≪患者の生活の中の迷いや声をききとり生活の実像を意味づけして示す≫、 ≪患者の代弁者であることを示す≫、≪看護師の仕事に自信を持ち形あるものにして示 す≫、≪専門職として他職種を尊重していることを基盤とした信頼関係を築く≫、≪患者 目線に立つチーム作りに意図的に取り組む≫、≪他職種の力を信頼し委ねる≫が導き出された。これら７つの役割は、チーム医療における看護師の心がまえといえ、チームにおいて看護師が意図的にこれらを最大限に発揮することが、理想的な糖尿病チーム医療の推進につながる可能性が示唆された。 The objective of the present research was to clarify the roles of nurses who are members of diabetes care teams, on the basis of the nurses’ own understanding of these roles, who can become an experience-rich model. Focus-group interviews were carried out, involving seven proficient nurses at four clinical institutions that carry out vigorous team-based care of diabetes, the interviews being followed by qualitative analysis. The outcome was that the following seven roles were identified: (i) ensuring that the patient’s life and quality of life are maintained, making full use of one’s specialized ability; (ii) listening carefully to the patient, trying to understand the doubts and perplexity in his/her daily life, so as to achieve a meaningful and realistic image of his/her life; (iii) showing that one acts as the patient’s spokesperson or ally; (iv) showing that one is confident in one’s position as a nurse; (v) building a relationship of trust on the basis of respect for other occupations as areas of specialist expertise; (vi) getting to grips, as planned, with building the team that is in direct contact with the patient; and (vii) trusting the abilities of personnel in other occupational areas, so as to entrust tasks to them. These seven roles can be seen as constituting the position of the nurses within the care team, and, it is suggested that the maximum possible fulfillment of these roles by the nurses within the team may be linked to progress with optimal diabetes team-based care. | |||||
