| 内容記述 | 子どもたちの実態に見合った性教育のあり方を検討するために、石川県Ａ町の思春期に あたる小学校５，６年生と中学生、その保護者、および小中学校の教員を対象に、性に関す る意識調査を行った。子どもたちは学年が上がるにつれて家族と性に関する話をしなくな り、その傾向は男子の方が顕著であった。性の話を意識的に行う親は、小学生で約１割、 中学生になると３割弱であった。いずれも、女子の親の方が多く話をしていた。性に関す る情報の入手は、小学生の間は親や授業から得ていた。中学生になると友だちから得る割 合が増えていた。しかし、親は子どもたちが性に関する情報を友だちや本・雑誌から得て いると考えている割合が多く、親子の間に、認識のズレがみられた。教師は子どもたちが 本・雑誌、友だち、テレビやインターネットから性に関する情報を得ていると考えていた が、インターネットから性に関する情報を得ている子どもはほとんどいなかった。また、 子どもがインターネットから性に関する情報を得ていると考える小中学生の親は１割以下 であった。 This study conducted a survey of public perception to discuss sex education among the current adolescents and adults. Subjects are adolescents who are in the fifth and sixth graders of a elementary school and junior high school students， their parents and teachers from the elementary schools and junior high schools from one city of Ishikawa Prefecture. The survey revealed that adolescents have a tendency not to discuss this issue with their family as they become older, and it is particularly prominent among male students. However, about 10 percent of the parents who have elementary school children think that they talk about this matter consciously, and this rate is less than 30 percent for the parents whose children go to junior high school. If the children are in a higher-grade at elementary school and junior high school, the parents of the female students have more tendencies to talk about sex. The elementary school children get most of the information from their parents and teachers, and junior high school students get them from their friends rather than parents. However, parents think that children get the information about sex from their friends, TV program, books and magazines. Teachers think that children get the information about sex from their friends, TV program, internet, books and magazines. But few children get the information from internet. As mentioned above, there are perception gaps between children and their parents about the conversation and how to get the information. | |||||
