| 内容記述 | 骨格筋には解剖学的に起始と停止部があり、全体として作用する臨床視点から、本研究では長軸部位による萎縮抑制効果の相違を検証した。 廃用性筋萎縮に対するストレッチ介入および温熱刺激による効果を検証後、その併用効果を確認した。さらにストレッチ介入による筋線維タイプ別反応および経時的変化を長軸部位別に検証した。 廃用性筋萎縮対策には、介入方法、筋線維タイプおよび長軸部位を考慮する重要性が示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Skeletal muscle is constituted of the origin and the insertion portion anatomically. From the clinical viewpoint to act as a whole, we verified intervention effect on inhibition of disuse atrophy among rat muscle regions in longitudinal direction. After examination of the effect by stretching intervention and the thermal stimulus on disuse muscle atrophy, we confirmed the combined effect, furthermore, tested the effect on muscle fiber type and time-course by the stretching intervention according to the longitudinal site. For the countermeasure of disuse muscle atrophy, importance in consideration of intervention method, muscle fiber type and the longitudinal site was suggested. |
