| 内容記述 | 高齢者の転倒予防は重要な社会問題の一つである。本研究は、(1)転倒リスク水準の判定と転倒リスクプロファイルを明確にする転倒リスク評価票の開発、(2)転倒回避能力を含む転倒関連体力の評価方法、および改善エクササイズの提案、(3)易転倒性高齢者の特性の検証を目的とした。転倒リスク水準を判定する3項目、転倒リスクプロファイルを明らかにする47項目の転倒リスク評価票が作成された。転倒関連体力の評価方法として、8つの新しいテストとエクササイズを開発し、有効性を確認した。スクリーニング結果に基づき、個々の改善点について本研究で開発したエクササイズを実践する転倒予防システムが構築された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Falls are a major public health issue in the elderly population, and there has been a focus on fall prevention based on fall risk assessment. This study aimed to develop the questionnaire of fall risk assessment (Demura's Fall Risk Assessment chart: DFRA), propose the test and exercise of fall-related physical function including fall avoidance ability, and examine the characteristics of the elderly with potential for falling. We developed the DFRA consisting of 3 items assessed the fall risk level and 47 items identified the fall risk profile. New 8 tests and exercises were developed, and were confirmed the availability to predict a fall risk and to prevent a fall. | |||||
