| 内容記述 | 海外の大学,研究機関を訪問,学会参加し,社会調査を方法として用いる研究者に聞き取り調査を行い,海外における社会調査の実施状況を把握した。 各国社会の,日本とは異なる調査の特徴が見られた。また,日本で実施数が急速に増加しているインターネット調査を実際に行い,学術調査で用いる際の注意点と手続きを明らかにした。また,そのデータの特性は,想定されているほどには従来型の調査と差異がみられないことがわかった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | We conducted a range of interviews with researchers at various universities or research organizations overseas, and international academic conferences, with the aim of investigating the practice of social survey in other countries. As a result, we learned the differences between Japan and other countries in the characteristics of the social survey methodology. Moreover, the implementation of internet surveys growing rapidly in Japan clarified the procedures and some cautions for used in academic researches. It was also found that, comparing to conventional survey modes, differential properties of data was not seen so much as one might assume. | |||||
