| 内容記述 | 既存研究では、農村地域における広域自治体の役割に関する研究はなかった。本研究の海外調査によって、とくにフランス・ドイツの農村部・小都市における公共交通の実態と課題から重要な知見を得ることができた。 １農村地域における広域自治体の役割について。フランスでは、県議会が責任を有し、運賃収入比率が高くない人口低密度地域でも公共交通サービスが確保されている。ドイツでは交通会社や広域自治体たる郡が、農村部の公共交通の広域整備に大きな役割を果たしている。 ２地域公共交通の独自の取り組み：デマンド交通など。フランスでは農村部の交通モードとして、定期路線が運行困難な農村部をカバーするよう組織化されている。 |

| 内容記述 | In the existing research, there was no research on the role of wide-area municipalities in rural areas. Through the oversea survey, we were able to obtain important knowledge, especially from the realities and problems of public transportation in rural areas and small cities in France and Germany. 1.the role of wide - area municipalities in rural areas. In France, the prefectural assembly is responsible, and public transportation services are secured even in population low density areas where fare revenue ratio is not high. In Germany, transportation companies and wide-area municipal counties play a major role in the improvement of public transportation in rural areas. 2 Initiatives from Local Public Transport : Demand Responsive Transport etc. In France, DRT is organized to cover rural areas with no regular route as rural transport modes. |
