| 内容記述 | 半島という不利な条件が加わった過疎地自治体の公共交通政策を、縦割り行政を克服する総合的な福祉政策という視点で捉え直し、調査し、現状の分析と政策提言を行った。本研究の独自性は、従来の研究に欠落していた次の4点にある。第1に、自治体による総合的な福祉政策と公共交通政策との関連分析、第2に、地形・地理という要因の考慮、第3に、行政学からの制度分析、第4に、事業者、NPOなどの内部資料にもとづく分析。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The object of this research is to investigate and analyze the public transport policy of the depopulated area municipality added with unfavorable conditions such as the peninsula, from the viewpoint of comprehensive welfare policy to overcome the vertically divided administration.The uniqueness of this research lies in the following four points that were missing in previous studies. Firstly, the analysis of the relationship between the welfare policy by the local government and the public transport policy, the second, consideration of factors such as topography and geography, third, institutional analysis from administrative science, and fourthly, Analysis based on internal documents of private transport operators and NPOs. | |||||
