| 内容記述 | 心画像診断においては様々な診断方法が用いられているがこれらの画像情報と臨床情報を統合して、重篤な心事故リスクを推定する方法を開発した。この研究では、心筋SPECTによる血流情報の標準化、および脂肪酸と交感神経イメージングのパラメータの標準化を行い、その標準データベースも構築した。さらに、その標準化のためのソフトウェアも作成し公開した。全国規模の多施設研究のデータを元に、高リスク群と低リスク群を規定する因子を抽出し、そのリスクを算出するソフトウェアおよびリスクチャートも作成公開した。このようなリスクに基づく診断体系は、複雑化する画像診断方法を有効に利用するために、必須の情報となることが確認された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | While multiple modalities are available in cardiac imaging, information from imaging and clinical backgrounds were integrated in this study to estimate the patients risk for serious cardiac events. Databases of myocardial perfusion single-photon emission computed tomography were standardized, and parameters derived from fatty acid and sympathetic imaging were standardized. The specific software for standardized measurements was also created. Factors related to the high-risk and low-risk patients were determined by multicenter studies, and the risk-calculation software and risk charts were published. Risk-based diagnostic approach provided essential information for utilizing multiple diagnostic modalities. | |||||
