| 内容記述 | 糖尿病看護に携わっている看護師848名から有効回答を得、糖尿病チーム医療を促進する看護師の実践指標25項目の信頼性と妥当性が確認された。これらは「看護的視点からチームへ表明し発信」「糖尿病をもつ患者の心身と生活をふまえ支援」「チームとして患者と家族を含む意識」「チームメンバーの尊重と育み合い」4因子で構成された。これにより自己評価と解説から成るe-learning教材を作成、看護師183名が初回学習した。本教材は看護師に役立つ8割、新たな気づきを得た7割との評価を得た。自己評価点が最も低かった「看護的視点からチームへ表明と発信」であったが今後の教育による看護師の意識と行動の向上が期待される。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | We obtained valid responses from 848 nurses engaged in diabetes care and confirmed the reliability and validity of 25 practical indices of nurses who promote diabetes team medical care. These are composed of four factors expressed by "Expressing to the team from nursing point of view", "Supporting the mind and body of patients with diabetes mellitus", "Consciousness including patients and families as a team", "Respect and nurture of team members mutually". Based on this result, we made e-learning teaching materials consisting of self-evaluation and commentary, and 183 nurses first learned. It became clear that this educational material was evaluated as 80% useful for nurses, 70% who got new awareness. "Expressing to and expressing to the team from the viewpoint of nursing" with the lowest self-evaluation point was expected, but improvement of awareness and behavior of nurses by this education is expected in the future. | |||||
