| 内容記述 | 糖尿病チーム医療における看護師の役割を明らかにするために,7名の経験豊富な看護師を対象にフォーカスグループインタビューを行い質的に分析した結果,7カテゴリーが導き出された。その結果に基づき項目を抽出した「糖尿病チーム医療を促進する看護師の実践指標試案(以下試案)」20項目について,糖尿病看護認定看護師に同意の程度および意見を求め,表現の修正ならびに項目の追加を行い26項目からなる「糖尿病チーム医療を促進する看護師の実践指標原案(以下原案)」を作成した。この原案について糖尿病看護認定看護師に同意の程度を確認する自記式質問紙調査を行い,最終的に25項目からなる糖尿病チーム医療を促進する看護師の実践指標を完成させた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | We performed focus group interview for seven expert nurses of diabetes care, in order to explain a role of the diabetes team medical care as a nurse and analyzed it qualitatively, and seven nursing roles were identified. We extracted 20 items for a draft for the practical index from previous study results and collected opinions and data on the level of agreement for each item based on responses obtained from certified diabetes care nurses. We changed the expressions for several items and added new some items to create an original 26-item proposal. For 26 items, we collected opinions and deta on the level of agreement. Finally, we completed a practical index for nurses promoting team medical care for diabetic patients with 25 items. | |||||
