| 内容記述 | 本研究は、多死の時代に人々が地域包括ケアシステム下で、納得のいく死を迎えられるか、家族は看取る力を持っているか、を問題意識として、その実態と看護専門職の家族支援スキルを考案したものである。具体的には、①地方都市の高齢者ビッグデータ分析および家族介護世帯調査、②家族を対象とした「終末期を看取る家族リジリエンス研究」、および③家族支援専門看護師が実践する家族調整スキルの3点を探索し、成果をまとめた。本研究は、調査研究と研修を並行して行っていくアクションリサーチ法を用い、家族システムの調査と家族内コンフリクトを調整していくモデルを開発し、研修で効果を確認しつつ、モデルを発展させていく方法をとった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study investigated if, under the Community-based integrated care systems proposed for the impending period in which a high mortality rate is expected, people could have a “good” death, and whether families will be capable of caring for the frail and dying. The nature of the problem was discussed, including the skills of the nursing profession in family support. Specifically, three factors were explored, and their results summarized as: 1) big data analysis relating to the elderly in each provincial city and surveys of families with caregiving responsibilities; 2)a studies of family resilience when caring for dying family members; and 3) the family adjustment skills that CNS in family in practice. The method used by the study was action research, in which research was conducted alongside workplace training. Family systems were investigated and a model for resolving family conflict was developed; the model was then tested and further developed in workplace training. | |||||
