| 内容記述 | 先行研究の2型糖尿病腎不全患者の療養認識から作成した質問項目を用いて、糖尿病腎不全患者の療養認識を分類した。質的同様に5つに分類でき、腎機能を維持し透析導入時期を延長した療養認識は、肯定感が高く、QOL良好、腎症療養期間が長いという仮説が立証でき、この認識項目を糖尿病腎不全患者における肯定感尺度として作成した。 更に、2型糖尿病腎不全患者を療養認識で分類したところ「現実逃避」「高肯定感」「原因不明感」の３パターンとなった。肯定感が高い療養認識は、「高肯定感」パターンであり、この認識の療養条件は、医療主体でなく合併症を怖いと思えることで行動変容し、主体的に療養していると自覚できることであった。 |

| 内容記述 | I created the question item from medical-care perception of type-2 diabetes renal failure patient who became clear in the previous study. A diabetes renal failure patient's medical-care perception was classified using these question items. Hypothesis is that medical-care perception delaying hemodialysis by maintaining renal function is present. And it is that sense of self-affirmation is high, QOL good, nephropathy recuperation period is long. Then, I was classified by the medical-care perception the type 2 diabetes patients with renal failure. Recognition, became a three classified as "escapism", "high-affirmation" and "unexplained feeling". The medical-care perception of "high positive feeling" pattern, affirmation was the highest. Not only follow the medical, the medical-care perception, had a self-care aggressively and feel scary diabetes complications. | |||||
