| 内容記述 | 本研究では、妊娠線組織を含めた皮膚を採取可能な帝王切開痕の皮膚サンプルを用いることによって、物理的引っ張り以外の妊娠線ができる原因を探ることを計画した。その結果、当初予定に反し、妊娠線の程度とコラーゲン・エラスチン・エコー強度や炎症性サイトカイン量に有意な関係性は認められなかった。帝王切開痕のエラスチン量がエコー強度と有意に相関することが明らかとなったため、皮膚内部のエラスチンの状態をエコーを用いて評価することが可能であることが示唆された。今回の対象者に重度の妊娠線を有するものがいなかったため、本研究の結果のみでは妊娠線に影響を与える皮膚パラメータを見いだすには不十分であることが考えられた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to identify the cause(s) of stretch marks (striae distensae) with the actual human skin tissues obtained at the time of Caesarean delivery, by utilizing nursing science and engineering techniques. As a result, contrary to the hypotheses, neither the concentrations of collagen I and elastin in the dermis, nor the level of an inflammatory cytokine (TNF-alpha) was significantly related to the severity of stretch marks. However, there was a significant correlation between the echogenicity and the concentration of elastin in the dermis; it suggests the possibility of analyzing the elastic content of the skin by an ultrasound device. The main limitation of this study was that there were no subjects who had severe stretch marks; the severity of stretch marks might have been not enough to affect the skin parameters analyzed in this study. | |||||
