| 内容記述 | 全国296の空家バンクの分析をした。バンクは物件収集、マッチング、入居後支援の3システムで構成されるが1つに偏るものや1つも充実していないものが多く、行政が運営するものでその傾向が強く官民連携のものはバランスがよい。 奈良県下で町家バンク事業に取組む団体からなる大和町家バンクネットワークは、中間支援機能を担う奈良まちづくりセンターを核に大和まちづくりネットワークが先行的に機能していたこと、先進地区がノウハウを提示し後発地区をリードしたことがネットワーク成立条件であった。地区間でバンク準備段階に差があったが、ネットワークの支援プログラムにより、後発地区も短期間にバンクを開設し得ていた。 |

| 内容記述 | Vacant house bank systems were mainly consisted of 3 subt systems; property finding, matching, support after moving in. The balance of subsystems were poor in banks run by local governments alone, while those run under cooperation between governments and other bodies were relatively diverse in terms of sub systems. Findings on Yamato Machiya Bank Network, a wide regional vacant bank system of historic houses in Nara Prefecture, are as follows. Factors that enabled the realization of the network were; the existence of a community development network coordinated by Nara Machidukuri Center, the leadership of advanced districts sucha as Imai-cho. The supporting programs by the network was effective and enabled following districts to catch up in a short period of time and to organize their own vacant house bank system. |
