| 内容記述 | いくつかの新興国では、2000年以後、家計向け貸出が急激に増加している。多くの場合、家計向け貸出の増加は企業向け貸出の減少または停滞を伴っている。本研究の目的は、アジア地域の新興国を主要な対象として、家計向け貸出と企業向け貸出の近年の状況を調査し、これら貸出の増減を伴った国内金融システムの変化の構造的要因と将来の生産や所得に与える影響を実証的に検討することである。分析の結果、外国からの資本流入や経済発展プロセスの特徴が大きくかかわっていること、また家計向け貸出の増加は将来の生産低下や景気循環を増幅させる影響を持つことを確認した。これら分析結果を踏まえ、政策提言についても検討した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Some emerging economies in the world have experienced rapid growth in household credit since 2000. The purpose of this study is twofold: first, to examine the recent situation concerning household and corporate credits in emerging economies, mainly in East Asia, and second, to investigate the drivers and effects of increase in household credit and decrease in corporate credit. This study finds that the key drivers are increase in capital inflow into the corporate sector (substitution effect) and the multinational corporate-led economic development process. It also finds that an increase in household credit predicts lower output growth in the future. Further, it suggests a macroeconomic policy aimed at macroeconomic stability. | |||||
