| 内容記述 | In this study, we constructed to the disaster reduction system of under earthquake disaster in real time in the depopulation area. We were expanded to the system which grasped a damage outbreak point and a refugee action by the update of the latest data in the field. We also proposed a new system “Emergency Mutual Support System (EMSS)” to support mutual evacuation during disaster. EMSS was proposed as a mobile application in which everyone could use easily. When EMSS also automatically start during emergency, we collect positional information of the person from the mobile units mutually. The positional data and moving speed can be shared in each mobile unit, and evacuation behavior of the person can be comprehended. The mobile user can select a suitable evacuation route depending on the situation. Implementation experiment of pairing using EMSS was planned carried out in a small area. An evacuation experiment was also carried out using an existing application for friend searching. |

| 内容記述 | 本研究では，過疎化地域における複合災害の軽減に着目し，リアルタイムに利用可能な災害軽減システムを構築した．現地における最新データの更新により被害発生箇所や避難者行動を把握するシステムへ拡張した．また，災害発生直後の避難に着目し，安心かつ迅速に避難できるシステムである避難共助支援システムの開発を行った．EMSSは周囲の人と協力して情報を収集し避難支援を行う．周辺の被災状況や周囲の人の行動が分かれば，より安心して避難ができる．作成したアプリケーションを用いた小規模範囲に準備された空間における避難実験に関する検討を行うとともに災害時における位置情報の共有に関する有用性についての検討を行った. | |||||
