| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、看護師の転倒予防のための臨床判断力育成に係る省察モデル・省察ガイドラインを開発すること。【卓越した臨床判断の可視化】は臨床判断力育成に貢献する一方で、【罪悪感をもっての省察】はその育成を抑制することが明らかとなった。【転倒予防の臨床判断力を備えるための知識・技術・態度の基盤をもつ】支援を行った上で、【卓越した臨床判断力・技を自分の資源として蓄える】支援をし、転倒発生時は【的確に転倒者特性と発生背景状況を統合して捉えられるための省察】支援が臨床判断力向上につながる省察モデルとして開発した。調査結果から、本モデルとガイドラインは看護師の継続教育として使用可能と示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this was to develop a reflection model and its guideline regarding increase clinical judgement abilities of nurses for fall prevention. We found that “visualization and verbalization of expertized clinical judgements” would contribute to increase clinical judgement abilities. On the other hand, “reflection with feeling of guilty” would decrease the abilities. The reflection model for fall prevention that we developed is consisted of; first of all, support for “having basis of knowledge, skills, and attitudes to increase clinical judgement abilities for fall prevention”, then support for “being able to save experts clinical judgements abilities and skills as own resources”, and support for “being able to appropriately integrate characteristics of patients and causes of specific occasions of falls with reflection”. According to our survey, the model and the guideline would be useful for continuous education of nurses. | |||||
