| 内容記述 | 本研究は、 小規模小学校参親における簑護教諭特別別科生の学びの内容を明らかにすること である。2014年度、2015年度に小規模小学校の参観した58名の学生を対象にWeb Class e-Learnings システムにより質問紙の配信と回収により自由記述式の瞑査を行った。分析は、KJ法を用いた。学生は、 複式学級の授業の様子や子どもたちの活動から小規模校のイメ ージを変えていた。 地域とのつながりの中でともに共育をしていることも学んでいた。 養護教諭の役割は学校の規 模にかかわらず大きく、 子どもと接護教諭の距離が近い活動ができるメリットをとらえてい た。 小規模校のデメリットに対する保健教育にも取り組み、 子どもたちの自立を支援するかか わりをしていることも学んでいた。 小規模小学校のメリットやデメリットを踏まえた養護教諭の職務や学校教育を参観により 学んでおり、 観察参加型実習として成り得ることが考えられた。Learning contents from a small prima1-y school visit: One-year undergraduate a special course for Yogo teachers |

| 内容記述 | This study was conducted to identify the learning contents of a small primary school class taught by a玲,go teacher when visiting the class. Questionnaires (free description format) were distributed to 58 students who visited a small primary school. The responses were collected using a Web Class e·Learning system in fiscal 2014 and 2015. The results were analyzed using KJ-method. Students changed their image of small primary school according to the status of a compound class the children's activities. They also learned that education is performed while maintaining a good connection with the community. The roles of妬,go teachers are important irrespective of the school size. Results demonstrated the benefits of teaching where distance between children and玲,go teachers is short. They understood health education with emphasis on the shortcomings of small schools and learned about their involvement in the support of the independence of the children. |
