| 内容記述 | 本研究では、放課後支援事業と学校との組織間関係について、学校管理職への質問紙調査を行い、連携モデル構築に向けた課題を把握してきた。得られた知見としては、連携実践や情報共有の内容は、学校管理職のこれまでの学校内外での放課後支援事業にかかわる経験と関連していることが明らかになった。また、放課後子供教室を核とした学校との連携関係を構築している事例実践において、関係者に対するヒアリング調査を実施した。得られた知見としては、学校と放課後支援事業との連携をつなぐ媒介者である地域コーディネーターへの信頼の高さと連携を通して関係者が個々に意識や行動の変容が見られる実態が明らかになった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In this research, I conducted a questionnaire survey on the school manager about the relationship between the after school support project and the school, and grasped the issues for constructing the cooperation model. The findings show that the contents of collaboration practices and information sharing are related to the past experience with school management people involved in after school support projects inside and outside the school. In addition, I conducted interview surveys with related parties in case practices in which we have built a collaborative relationship with schools centered on after-school children's classrooms. As the findings obtained, it became clear that the relationship between the school and the after-school support project was highly trusted by the regional coordinator who is the mediator, and the actual situation in which changes in awareness and behavior were seen individually. | |||||
