| 内容記述 | 自己免疫性膵炎と膵癌は治療法が全く異なり、両者を鑑別することが重要である。膵腫瘤性病変の診断はCT,MRIといった画像診断で行うことが多いが現時点で腫瘤を形成する自己免疫性膵炎(focal AIP)と膵癌を鑑別することは非常に困難である。そのため本研究では膵癌とfocal AIPを画像で鑑別し得る所見を明らかにするために画像所見を比較して検討を行った。 検討の結果、focal AIPでは腫瘤内に点状の濃染がみられ、内部が均一である頻度が有意に高く、また腫瘤辺縁にcapsule-like rimがみられることが特徴であった。こういった画像所見に基づいて今後両者の鑑別が可能となることが期待される。 |

| 内容記述 | Treatment for autoimmune pancreatitis differ from that for pancreas cancer.Though,the diagnosis of pancreas mass lesions largely depend on imaging examinations such as CT and MRI, imaging discrimination of mass forming autoimmune pancreatitis (focal AIP) and pancreas cancer remains challenging. Thus, in this study, we compared imaging features of focal AIP and pancreas cancer to reveal the imaging findings that can discriminate these two conditions. We found that multiple dot-like enhancement, homogeneous enhancement and capsule-like rim were noted with high prevalence. Relying on these imaging findings, precise discrimination between focal AIP and pancreas cancer will be expected to be possible. |
