| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は,母指と手指単独の最大筋力と運動協調性の評価を行い,手のリハビリテーション領域における新しい手の機能評価法を開発することである.最大筋力は,三次元解析で各張力の合力から算出した.運動協調性は,最大筋力の50%に調節する能力を,設定した目的位置からの移動距離等を計測した.また本法による最大筋力及び運動協調性の評価の信頼性と再現性を検証した. | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the maximum muscular strength and coordination ability in thumb and finger. Furthermore, we develop the new function evaluation of the field of the rehabilitation of the hand. The maximum muscular strength calculated each tensile resultant using three-dimensional analysis. Thecoordination ability measured the movement distance from the purpose position that set to regulate in 50% of maximum muscular strength. Also, we tested reliability and the reproducibility of the evaluation of the maximum muscular strength and coordination ability in this system. | |||||
