内容記述 | 本研究では、薬剤評価に用いるヒト培養細胞の遺伝子発現レベルをデータベース化し、癌細胞に高発現している機能性分子を予め探索するとともに、ヒト腫瘍培養細胞で高発現を確認した機能性分子安定発現系を画像診断薬のスクリーニングに利用して、ポストFDG 製剤の有力候補である標識アミノ酸製剤のアミノ酸トランスポーター及び薬物トランスポーターに対する親和性を詳細に検討し、アミノ酸トランスポーター遺伝子発現と腫瘍集積性との相関からその設計戦略の妥当性を評価した。 | |||||
