| 内容記述 | ラット脊髄損傷モデルにおける、関節構成体および坐骨神経周囲の病理組織学的変化について、キルシュナー鋼線を用いたラット膝関節拘縮モデルと比較した。結果、膝関節拘縮モデルで出現した、関節構成体の進行性の病的変化は、脊髄損傷モデルではほとんど見られなかった。一方、坐骨神経周囲の変化は類似していた。この結果から、拘縮時の関節構成体の病的変化には、体性神経and/or自律神経の何らかの関与が示唆される。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The histopathological changes of the joint components and the periphery of sciatic nerve after experimental spinal cord injury in rat were disclosed. The changes of the joint components were slight and stayed, compare to the changes during experimental joint contracture using Kirschner wires in rat. On the contrast, the changes of the periphery of sciatic nerve were similar to the changes during experimental joint contracture using Kirschner wires in rat. The results suggest some influence of somatic nerve and/or autonomic nerve function, to the mechanism of joint contracture state. | |||||
