| 内容記述 | 複数の自治体の地域包括支援センター職員と金沢大学地域包括ケアとエリアマネジメント研究会の協力を得て、システムに内包する住民のニーズと地域資源に関する調査項目を決定した上で、アンケート型の調査アプリケーションを開発することができた。アプリケーションはタブレット端末にインストールした。実証実験として数名の住民を対象に開発した端末を用いて調査を行い、現地で問題なく情報収集できることを確認した。また、タブレット端末からデータを書き出し自動集計を行うプログラムを作成した。さらに書き出されたデータから地理情報システムによる処理（可視化）を自動で行うプログラムを作成し問題なく作動することを確認した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | We developed suvey application after decision of survey items including local resources and needs of the residents with the cooperation of the staffs of Regional Comprehensive Support Centers of several local governments, and Kanazawa University Community Comprehensive Care and Area Management Study Group. Then, we installed the application on a tablet device. As a demonstration experiment, we conducted a survey using the tablet device for several residents and confirmed that information could be collected without problems on site. We also created a program that automatically writes out data from the tablet device and then performs automatic aggregation. Furthermore, we created a program that automatically performs visualizing processing by geographic information system (GIS) from the written data and confirmed that it works without problems. | |||||
