| 内容記述 | 老年期うつ病者の「レジリエンス」について、ナラティブ研究法を使用してインタビュー調査を実施した。その結果、情緒的なつながりの感覚や人生との対話、スピリチュアリティの高まりなどが明らかとなった。そこで既存の老年期うつ病者へのケア方法を参照しながら、人生との対話やスピリチュアリティの視点を取り入れた治療的看護実践の指針を作成した。その指針に基づいて4名の老年期うつ病者に継続的な看護介入を実施した結果、初回介入時は悲観的な訴えや身体の不定愁訴が多くみられていたが、面接の回数を繰り返す毎に人生との対話や洞察が進み、レジリエンスが向上した。このことから指針の有効性が示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Resilience of older adults with depression was investigated using a narrative research method. As a result, “a sense of emotional connection,” “dialogue with life,” and “heightened spirituality” were identified. Then, with reference to existing care methods for older adults with depression, the author created guidelines for therapeutic nursing practice incorporating the viewpoints of dialogue with life and spirituality. Based on the guidelines, the author continued nursing interventions for 4 older adults with depression. Many pessimistic complaints and indefinite somatic complaints were observed at the first intervention, but in subsequent interviews, dialogue with life and insight had progressed and resilience had improved. This suggested the effectiveness of the guidelines. | |||||
