| 内容記述 | The iodine supported implants were found to retain approximately 65% of the loaded povidone iodine in the mid-term after implant insertion. Regarding with the amount of 65% loaded povidone iodine, good antibacterial and antibiofilm effects against MSSA, MRSA, and Psuedomona Aeruginosa were confirmed. In addition, we continued to construct a rat model of hematogenous periprosthetic joint infection for antimicrobial efficacy against incurable organism profile. | |||||

| 内容記述 | ヨード担持インプラントは，インプラント挿入後中期においても，約65%程度の担持ポピドンヨードが残存していることが判明し，そのポピドンヨード担持量においてMSSA・MRSA・Psuedomona Aeruginosaに対して良好な抗菌効果・抗バイオフィルム効果を認めることが判明した．また，血行性感染モデルを用いた難治性細菌に対する抗菌効果に関しては，血行性感染ラットモデルの構築を継続的に行った． | |||||
