| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、若年性認知症と診断された従業員の就労の現状や就労上の課題、就労継続への支援の現状を明らかにすることである。従業員50人以上の事業所を対象として行った質問紙調査では、49.5％の事業所が若年性認知症を知っており、就労継続の可能性は従業員人数、雇用障害者の利用できる制度の有無、産業保健スタッフとの連携の有無と有意に関連があることが明らかになった。また、若年性認知症と診断された従業員の就労経験がある事業所から、対応の経験について聞き取りを行った。これらの結果を用いて、事業所用の啓発用パンフレット「働き盛り世代の認知症‐仕事と治療を両立するために‐」を作成した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to clarify the working conditions, working task, and support for working continuation of employees with early onset dementia. An anonymous self-administrated questionnaire survey was sent by mail to all workplaces in A prefecture with 50 or more employees. 49.5 percent workplace knew about the early onset dementia. Factors related to possibility of continuing employment were number of employees, workplace regulations supporting early onset dementia employees, and workplace coordination with occupational health staff. In addition, we interviewed about the experience of dealing with employees who diagnosed with early onset dementia. Using these results, we have created an educational pamphlet for workplace. | |||||
